A fixed price for an agreed scope
Best when the scope is well defined - e.g. an MVP, a specific system or a store. You know the price and timeline up front, and we take on the pricing risk.

Time & Material
Billed for the actual time worked
Best for product development and a changing scope. You pay for the work actually done, with full flexibility and a say in the priorities every sprint.
Best for: Developing an existing product, changing requirements

A fixed monthly retainer
Best after launch: fixes, security monitoring, updates and further development within a predictable monthly budget.
