These Terms set out the rules for providing services electronically by Exmoor Software via the exmoor.pl website, in particular the rules for using the contact form.

The service provided electronically consists of making available a contact form that allows you to send an inquiry to Exmoor Software. The service is free of charge and one-off — it ends when the message is sent.
Technical requirements and rules of use
To use the website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript. The user is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
Complaints
Complaints regarding services provided electronically can be submitted to [email protected]. A complaint should include data enabling identification of the request (e.g. an email address) and a description of the problem. We process complaints within 14 days of receipt and inform you of the outcome at the email address provided.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law. We seek to resolve disputes amicably. For clients who are not consumers, the competent court is the court having local jurisdiction over Exmoor Software’s registered office.

We reserve the right to change these Terms. Any significant changes will be published on this website in advance. These Terms are made available free of charge on exmoor.pl in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored, and printed.
