KSeF readiness check — find out what your company is missing
There are already a dozen KSeF XML validators and most of them work well. Far fewer answer the question that comes earlier: is your company actually ready to issue and receive these invoices automatically. This tool checks the layer above - systems, counterparty data, permissions, document flow and your fallback plan.

Answer 14 questions
Each covers one area: invoicing system, counterparty data, permissions, inbound invoices, attachments, offline mode, archiving and ownership.

Questions are weighted. Not having a system able to issue FA(3) counts for far more than an undecided archiving path.

Assumptions and limits
- KSeF deadlines come from the statute: 1 February 2026 for taxpayers whose 2024 sales exceeded PLN 200m, 1 April 2026 for other businesses, and 1 January 2027 for the smallest taxpayers.
- Every taxpayer must be able to receive KSeF invoices from 1 February 2026 - including those who only start issuing in April.
- The smallest taxpayers may keep using paper or other electronic invoices until 30 September 2026.
- From 1 February 2026 the binding logical invoice structure is FA(3).
- This tool is not tax or legal advice. It exists to organise technical preparation - for questions about interpreting the rules, talk to your accountant or tax adviser.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an XML file validator? +
No. Validators check a single invoice against the FA(3) schema and there are already plenty of them. This tool answers the earlier question: whether your systems and processes are ready for those files to be produced and received automatically at all.
When does KSeF become mandatory for my company? +
From 1 February 2026 for taxpayers with 2024 sales above PLN 200m, from 1 April 2026 for other businesses, and from 1 January 2027 for the smallest taxpayers. Receiving KSeF invoices applies to everyone from 1 February 2026.
What if my score is low? +
That is good news if you are checking now rather than a week before the deadline. The gap list is ordered by weight - start at the top. Most items can be closed through configuration and process, without writing any code.
Do you help with KSeF integration? +
Yes, integrating with KSeF and other systems is one of our services. A technical audit starts from PLN 3,000, and you can get integration ballpark figures instantly in our quote calculator. A human replies to your first message within 24 hours.
Do my answers go anywhere? +
No. The questionnaire runs entirely in your browser, nothing is sent to a server or stored.
